1. General Information

CiaX Clothes Ltd operates in partnership with a print-on-demand fulfillment provider. This means that all products are made individually upon order.

In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order goods. As all our products are produced on demand, they are not eligible for standard returns without a valid reason.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Differences in color due to screen or display settings
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product:

  • Is defective
  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Is different from what was ordered

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

5. Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

(The resolution depends on the nature of the issue.)

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

7. Return Address

If a return is required, the return address will be provided after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a claim is approved, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement item
